- Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Create user stories, process flows (UML/BPMN), and data models
- Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
- Support testing, UAT, and production issue resolution

- Strong expertise in requirements lifecycle & solution design
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and system interactions
