- Robust documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques




- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
- As a Business Analyst, 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
