Work Model : 2 days Work From Office.

1. Mandatory Domain Experience :

- Candidates must have strong and extensive Fixed Income experience.
- Fixed Income background is a critical requirement for these positions.
- Candidates should ideally have experience working as Core Product / Business Analysts in Capital Markets.
- Key domain knowledge expected : Fixed Income products and processes, Capital Markets, Trade Life Cycle, Clearing & Settlement, US / APAC market understanding, End-to-end Capital Markets processes, Product-oriented Business Analysis.

2. Business Analysis Experience :

- Candidates should have strong experience in : Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Requirement gathering and analysis, Translating business requirements into functional specifications, Working closely with Product Management and stakeholders, End-to-end requirement lifecycle.
- The role is evolving from traditional BRD/FRD-based BA practices toward Agile delivery, so candidates must be comfortable working in an Agile environment.

3. Agile / Product Skills :

- Strong understanding of : Agile methodology, Jira, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Backlog management, Sprint planning, Sprint execution, Refinement / grooming, End-to-end delivery in Agile, Collaboration with Product, Development and QA teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to operate as a Product-oriented Business Analyst, rather than only performing documentation activities.

4. Candidate Profile :





- The ideal candidate should have: Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge
- Extensive Fixed Income experience, Business Analyst / Product Analyst experience
- Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Knowledge of Clearing & Settlement, US / APAC market exposure
- Solid Agile experience, Jira and User Story experience
- Experience working with Product teams, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

5. Target Candidate Pool :

- Candidates from Operations / Capital Markets Operations backgrounds can be considered if they have successfully transitioned, or are transitioning, into : Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product-focused BA roles.
- The candidate should have demonstrable experience in requirements analysis, Agile delivery and stakeholder interaction - not purely operational processing experience.

6. Notice Period :

- Preferred availability : Immediate Joiners, Immediate to 30 days. Candidates serving notice period up to 60 days may also be considered.

7. Interview Process :

- Total : 3 Rounds. Round 1 - Technical. Round 2 - Technical. Round 3 - Final / Business or Management discussion.

- 3 - 4 years of industry experience preferably in Capital Markets domain for one profile.
- Knowledge : Fixed Income Brokerage Operations,



Clearance and Settlement, Understanding of Repo process and Regulatory Reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external groups in both the business and product aspects.
- Contribute to various aspects of the product life cycle ranging from detailing Agile Story Cards, Business Requirement Document(s) BRDs.
- Perform Functional validation, Business/Product documentation, Client facing Business related Issue Analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gather customer requirements, conducts analysis on high-level requirements.
- Evaluate proposed change requests to existing solutions to identify potential adverse impact.
- Partner with product management and stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders.
- Convert Client and Product Management approved requirements into different components, produce Functional Requirements or User Stories and provide inputs to Development and Quality Assurance teams.
- Deliver detailed design walk-through with Product Management and Client and getting Product Management / Client sign-off.
- Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery.
- Ascertain that newly implemented/revised solutions and supporting process are meeting end-user requirements and business objectives.
- Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.
- Provide testing support as applicable.
