? Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Work primarily on a single large-scale banking project involving multiple data pipelines, with a robust focus on API integrations and data flow analysis
- Engage mainly on the banking/business domain side (not operational execution), translating regulatory and business needs into functional documentation and stakeholder-ready artifacts
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar
- Experience in data-driven or technology-focused projects is a plus
