Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 4–6 years of proven expertise in gathering requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clarity and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives.
- Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and requirement workshops with stakeholders.
- Support QA teams during testing by clarifying requirements and validating outcomes.
- Assist in project planning, risk analysis,



and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication with client-facing experience.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis.
- Experience in ERP/CRM or web application projects.
- CBAP or similar Business Analyst certification.
