Title: Business Analyst - Network / Wireless

Location: Remote.

Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Creation of BRDs, FRDs, User Stories and Process Maps
- Facilitate workshops with Business, Network Engineering and Architecture teams
- Support Agile delivery, backlog management and UAT activities
- Translate technical network requirements into business and functional requirements
- Support network transformation and infrastructure modernisation initiatives

Required Skills

- Solid Business Analysis experience
- Experience working with Network Infrastructure teams
- Understanding of Wireless technologies and enterprise networking environments
- Exposure to DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NAC environments
- Agile methodology
- Jira and Confluence

Experience

- Typically 7-12 years
- Previous experience working with Network Engineering and Architecture teams
- Exposure to large enterprise transformation programmes is desirable
- Can work with Network Architects and Engineers, understand Network/Wireless requirements, and translate them into BA artefacts such as BRDs, FRDs, User Stories and stakeholder communications.
