We’re looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys making sense of messy problems.
At PanScience , we build and work with deep-tech and AI companies across sectors. As a BA, you’ll sit close to the business, product and technology teams, helping turn real-world problems into things that can actually be built.
What you’ll work on:
- Understand business problems, workflows and user needs through conversations, research and data.
- Translate those problems into clear requirements, use cases and user stories .
- Work closely with product, engineering and business teams to shape solutions.
- Map existing processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Build easy documentation, process flows, BRDs/FRDs and functional specifications where needed.
- Analyze data and business information to support decisions.
- Participate in product discussions, UAT, testing and solution validation.
- Work with stakeholders from the first conversation through to implementation.
- Keep asking “why?” until the actual problem becomes clear.
What we’re looking for:
You don't need to fit a traditional BA mould.
You should be someone who:
- Thinks logically and structures ambiguous problems well.
- Communicates clearly, both in a room and on paper.
- Is comfortable speaking with business stakeholders as well as technical teams.
- Can work with data, spreadsheets and basic analytical tools.
- Has strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Is curious about technology, AI and how businesses actually work.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for perfectly defined instructions.
Experience: 0–3 years is a good starting point. We’re more interested in how you think than the number on your résumé. Why PanScience?
