Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in the IT/Software industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, and FRS documents.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, Development, QA, and Project Management teams.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Manage requirement traceability and support UAT activities.
- Handle requirement changes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills




- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Software company.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, and FRS.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is an advantage.
