Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst MIS & Dashboards to support business and commercial decision-making through data-driven analysis, reporting, financial modelling, and performance dashboards.

The role will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other business stakeholders to track key performance indicators, analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and analytical skills, with exposure to dashboarding tools such as Tableau/Power BI and an interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve reporting and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance, sales, pricing, revenue, and profitability trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Build, maintain, and improve MIS reports, management dashboards, business models, and performance trackers.
- Develop automated and insightful dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to define, track, and monitor KPIs and business metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS, management reports,



performance reviews, and business insights for senior stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, including identifying key drivers behind deviations.
- Develop financial and business models to evaluate performance, scenarios, pricing, and revenue opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analysis, and financial impact assessments for recent initiatives and projects.
- Identify process gaps, reporting inefficiencies, and data-quality issues and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Convert complex business data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Support data automation and process improvements to reduce manual reporting and improve reporting accuracy.
- Explore and implement AI-enabled tools, automation, and analytics solutions to enhance MIS, dashboards, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
