We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong manufacturing project experience to work with manufacturing clients on Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Automation solutions.
What we’re looking for
- 6–8 years of mandatory manufacturing project experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations
- Experience in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 / Manufacturing Automation
- Exposure to MES / MOM, ERP, Shopfloor Automation and IIoT
- Understanding of ERP–MES integration, machine data and IT–OT integration
- Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis and functional documentation
- Strong experience in project documentation and maintaining project-related documents throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, requirement specifications, process flows, use cases,
user stories, functional specifications and other project documentation
- Ability to document business requirements, workflows, functional requirements, change requests and solution requirements clearly
- Ensure documentation is accurate, structured and aligned with project requirements
- Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions
- Experience working directly with manufacturing clients and technical teams
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- Must be based in Chennai
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
