Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in General & Administrative (G&A;) subdomains — including Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance — and has hands-on experience working with enterprise data platforms, driving end-to-end requirements and insight delivery in highly regulated environments.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 4 years in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotech.

- Demonstrable experience across G&A; subdomains: Finance (GL, AP/AR, FP&A;, cost management), HR (workforce analytics, talent data), and/or Procurement.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms — data lakes, data warehouses, MDM, or EDB architectures.





- Proficiency in writing user stories, process flows data flow diagrams, and BRDs/FRDs.

- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.

- Familiarity with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Understanding of data governance: data lineage, data quality, master data, and metadata management.

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and IT.
