- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Pega experience; Pega certification is mandatory.
- Robust Healthcare domain knowledge: Medicare, Medicaid, Claims, Contact Center, Pharmacy, PLM, HIPAA, etc.
- Experience working in OnshoreOffshore models.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile, product backlog, user stories, MVPs, and sprint releases.
- Lead requirements gathering and Pega DCO implementation discussions.
- Create/manage initiatives, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Scrum teams, developers, clients, and vendors.
- Handle defect triage, change management, traceability, version control, and change control.
- Experience with Jira/Rally, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with offshore teams
