About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Consultant to take ownership of complex business and technology requirements across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will combine robust business analysis, functional consulting, and technical understanding, enabling them to translate business needs into practical, scalable, and technically feasible solutions.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, working closely with clients, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Business Analysis & Functional Consulting

- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional discovery for complex business and technology initiatives.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements.




- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product enhancement.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRS, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Challenge requirements and assumptions where appropriate and identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts.
- Define functional solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and demonstrations.
- Manage and prioritise requirements in collaboration with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders.

Technology & Solution Understanding

- Develop a good understanding of the application architecture, technology stack, integrations, APIs, databases, and data flows relevant to the project.
- Work with Architects and technical teams to assess technical feasibility, solution options, dependencies, and impacts of business requirements.
- Review API specifications, integration requirements, architecture diagrams, and technical designs to identify functional gaps or risks.
- Understand how frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and third-party systems interact and contribute to end-to-end solution discussions.
- Participate in technical discussions and be able to challenge technical solutions from a business and functional perspective.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Review delivered functionality against requirements and support development, testing, UAT, and production implementation.
- Analyse functional and application issues and work with technical teams to identify root causes and appropriate solutions.
- Identify and manage dependencies across applications, integrations, teams, and third-party systems.
- Ensure solutions meet both functional and agreed non-functional requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
