Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies, business process analysis, and exposure to AI-assisted tools for documentation and testing. Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs.

Functional Specifications Translate requirements into clear functional documents and workflows.

Agile Practices Participate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies.

User Story Development Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, personas, and process flows.

Stakeholder Communication Maintain transparent communication and provide regular updates.

Collaboration with IT Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements.

User Acceptance Testing Coordinate UAT cycles to validate solutions.

Change Management Support training, documentation, and adoption activities.





Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and Agile practices.

AI Integration Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Agentforce, OmniStudio, Katalon AI Assist) for requirement documentation and test case generation.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Protected frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

Proven ability to articulate business needs into well-documented requirements.

Experience with AI-assisted requirement and testing tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally).

Bachelors degree in CS/IT/Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.

Certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, CBAP/CCBA) are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with MS Project, HP QC, VSTS/TFS.

Exposure to wire-framing, visualization tools, automated QA.

Ability to conduct Design Thinking sessions and translate insights into solution features.
