Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and inform decision-making.
- Experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes,



including mapping workflows and recommending improvements.
- Ability to capture and manage Business Requirements, translating them into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) is beneficial.
- Experience working in tech-enabled or platform businesses, preferably in job marketplaces or HR technology, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
