Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, analyze business processes, prepare documentation, and support project coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document business and client requirements.
- Assist in gathering requirements through discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, requirement documents, process flows, and basic reports.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, SEO, and project teams.
- Track project requirements and ensure they are properly communicated to the relevant teams.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, action items, and project documentation.
- Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and business reports.
- Follow up with concerned team members regarding pending requirements and deliverables.




- Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related information.
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions when required.

Required Skills
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of business analysis and software development processes.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced IT environment.

Educational Qualification
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech, or any relevant graduate qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
