About The Role We are looking for a Program Manager / Business Analyst to support the hospital's Mumbai operations through structured program management, business analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

The role will work closely with leadership and functional teams to identify operational gaps, analyze business performance, improve processes, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with hospital leadership to drive key operational and business initiatives
- Track progress of strategic programs and ensure timely execution
- Analyze hospital performance across key operational and business metrics
- Prepare dashboards, MIS, and management reports for leadership review
- Analyze revenue, patient volumes, occupancy, collections, referral trends, and other relevant KPIs
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement
- Conduct data analysis and convert business data into actionable insights
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, finance, HR, TPA, marketing, and other teams for cross-functional initiatives
- Define project timelines, milestones, owners, and deliverables




- Track action items and ensure closure within agreed timelines
- Support implementation of recent processes, systems, and operational initiatives
- Develop SOPs, process maps, trackers, and business review formats where required
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and highlight deviations from targets
- Support leadership in decision-making through data-backed analysis
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively escalate them
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across hospital operations
