About The Role We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a top US multinational corporation on large-scale enterprise projects.

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into high-impact technology solutions. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the chance to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and experience working in agile environments, supporting the delivery of innovative SaaS and cloud-based applications that serve thousands to millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. A strong background in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements is essential.





Candidates should have demonstrated experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required to interpret complex data and business processes effectively. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is highly desirable.

Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams across different geographies.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.




- Perform data analysis to identify trends, derive business insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with change management initiatives, process documentation, and development of training materials to facilitate smooth adoption.
- Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
