Business Analyst Executive –Per Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Executive – Per Sales who can analyze sales performance, understand business requirements, and work closely with the sales and management teams to improve business processes and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data, performance, revenue, and business trends.
- Gather and document business requirements from sales and management teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the sales process.
- Track sales targets, leads, conversions, and team performance.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Assist in improving sales processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements




- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or in a similar sales/business role.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Business Processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and prepare reports.
- Valuable presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and management.
