About the role:

You will work on creating reliable, automated, and scalable reporting and analytics that gives teams real-time visibility into key business metrics. Beyond reporting, you will identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and root causes, and translate data into actionable insights that help teams make faster and better decisions.

The role will involve working closely with Supply, Tech, Growth, and Data teams to improve data quality, define meaningful metrics, automate reporting, and build analytical solutions that scale with the business.

Over time, the role will evolve from reporting and analytics to business insights and data intelligence ownership, with the prospect to proactively identify business opportunities, build early-warning mechanisms, and eventually own key Supply/Growth data and analytics charters.

What youll do:

- Build and automate dashboards and reporting across supply, inventory, sourcing, quality, cost, productivity, sales, and operations.
- Bring data together from multiple sources and pipelines to create a single, reliable view of business performance.
- Develop automated reporting with the right frequency u2014 daily, hourly, or real-time u2014 based on business requirements.
- Identify anomalies, trends, deviations, and emerging issues proactively, rather than waiting for teams to flag them.
- Enable faster Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by helping teams quickly understand what happened, why it happened, and what is driving the issue.
- Help define the right metrics, KPIs, alerts, and thresholds so teams can focus on the areas that require attention.
- Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that can handle significantly larger data volumes as the business grows.




- Work closely with Supply, Tech, Growth, and Data teams to improve data quality, metric definitions, accessibility, and reliability.
- Identify gaps in existing data pipelines and reporting systems and work with relevant teams to improve them.
- Go beyond reporting and translate data into business insights, recommendations, and actions that directly influence decision-making.
- Build analytical frameworks that help teams monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make faster decisions.

What were looking for:

- 2u20135 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources/pipelines.
- Experience building dashboards and automated reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.
- Experience identifying trends, anomalies, drivers, and patterns in data.
- Ability to perform structured RCA and problem-solving rather than just generating reports.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where processes and data structures are continuously evolving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
