We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with clients, business teams, product managers, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable product and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Understand business requirements, workflows, and operational challenges from clients and internal stakeholders.

 Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discussions.

 Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

 Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and implementation teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

 Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process improvement.

 Map As-Is and To-Be processes and recommend efficient workflows.

 Create wireframes, process diagrams, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation where required.

 Support product implementation and configuration based on client requirements.

 Participate in UAT, validate system functionality, document issues, and coordinate with technology teams for resolution.

 Work with clients during implementation to understand gaps and ensure successful adoption of the solution.

 Analyse data and business metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

 Collaborate with the Product team to convert recurring client requirements into product enhancements.  Maintain clear documentation of requirements, changes, decisions, and dependencies.

 Support pre-sales activities by understanding client requirements and contributing to solution discussions, demos,



and proposals when required.

What We're Looking For

 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role.

 Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, IT services, or technology products.

 Strong understanding of requirement gathering, business process mapping, functional analysis, and UAT.  Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

 Good understanding of software development and product lifecycle.

 Strong documentation and presentation skills.

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a rapid-paced environment.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

 Experience working with LegalTech, CLM, contract management, compliance, or enterprise legal operations.

 Exposure to AI-powered products, automation, or Agentic AI.

 Experience in client-facing implementation or consulting roles.

 Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Visio, or similar platforms.

 Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, or SQL.
