Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirement engineering, workflow modeling, and functional validation for digital platform implementations. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure requirements translate into scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement elicitation sessions and translate complex business needs into detailed Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specification documents.

- Design and maintain end-to-end Process Flow Diagrams, workflow models (BPMN/UML), and state transition maps.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes, mockups, and end-user journey flows against documented functional requirements.

- Conduct impact analysis and identify technical and functional interdependencies across platform modules.

- Act as the functional gatekeeper: define test conditions, align Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), oversee SIT/UAT cycles, and validate resolved defects.

- Prepare and present solution walkthroughs and functional demonstrations to client stakeholders and project leadership.





Mandatory Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Functional/Digital Business Analyst delivering software and platform implementations.

- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery, writing crisp User Stories with testable Acceptance Criteria.

- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BizAgi) and Agile management suites (Jira, Confluence).

- Robust track record in driving functional test scenarios, UAT sign-offs, and requirement-to-test alignment.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE) or MBA/PGDM from a recognized university.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise integrations or platform rollouts in sectors such as Energy, Downstream Operations, Supply Chain, or BFSI.

- Exposure to wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
