The role of Data Analyst shall be to work on analyses and reporting for |

businesses to support key decisions at Mahindra Finance. |

2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & |

Shall be the specialist on Business Analytics vertical at MMFSL. Shall |

collaborate with business managers to solve their business problems using data|

and provide impactful insights |

Shall interact with multiple members from stakeholders side by meeting them, |

interviewing them, taking business problem statement and approaching it. |

Shall create insights from data extracted from business units and convert them|

actionable recommendations |

Shall be hands on with use of Data Science tools like Python, Azure Data |

Factory, SQL. Ability to self-process the data and come out with insights is a|

must. |

Shall be able to apply techniques like Decision Trees, k-means clustering, |

etc. techniques to data problems. |

Able to explain key Data analytics approaches in layman term to the business |

people. |

Able to understand the business requirement and translate them into analyses. |
