Business Analyst Skill Payments Be a part of the func.onal team in Payments Factory, understand exis.ngbank processes in performing payments related work through the Bank’spayment eco-system.

- Understanding of different payment flows - Translate these flows in functionalrequirements written into the form of agile epics and user stories• Understanding of different operations, middle and back office work flows -Translate these flows into functional requirements written in the form of agileepics and user stories• Writing transparent and crisp acceptance criteria (and other supporting details) foreach of the functional requirement / user story so that it is easy fordevelopment team to deliver the functionality with clear outcome• Liaise with bank’s Tech, Business and Operations teams to get clarity onexisting functional flow and then communicate & explain the same to Bank’sengineering / development team.
- Liaise with bank regulatory control teams to explain the func.onality of theproduct and clarify their queries,



thus helping in complying with the bank’sfunc.onal regulatory requirements.
- Maintain functional backlog and groom the backlog with all the stakeholderson regular basis to refine the user stories and assign prioritisation to themtowards their development.
- Formulate func.onal test cases and execute these test cases and capture thetest results with proper documenta.on and suppor.ng evidence. i.e. PerformDevelopment and UAT testing of the delivered features and producedocumentation for the same.Education Qualifications and Key Skills:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in working in digital payments space as a businessanalyst, preferred with a deep understanding of it.
- Delivered successfully at least 3 technical projects in digital payments/bankingwith experience in functional backlog management and functional testing• A relevant engineering/business degree and relevant BA certification.
- Experience working in agile development culture would be a plus.
