About the Role

We are looking for a high-intensity, street-smart Business Analyst who will operate as a Chief of Staff to our Executive Director for Business Development.

This is not your traditional tech-and-product-bridging BA role. This is a high-visibility, founder’s-office style position built for someone who wants a ringside view of scaling a high-growth Insurtech business. You will act as the right hand to leadership, transforming raw data into sharp business decisions, driving strategic initiatives, and orchestrating cross-functional execution across Sales, Servicing, Operations, Tech, and Product teams.

What You Will Do

- Strategic Decision Support: Build robust MIS dashboards, run ad-hoc data models, and use advanced SQL and analytics to help the Business Development leadership team make data-backed choices.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research, track competitor movements, and map white spaces in the insurance and distribution landscape.




- Founder's Office Execution: Drive high-priority strategic projects from inception to execution, keeping cross-functional teams (Sales, Servicing, Operations, Tech, Product) aligned and moving fast.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics, spot operational bottlenecks, and proactively suggest levers for top-line growth and margin expansion.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on analytical experience.
- Industry Context: Direct operational background in Insurance or Lending/BFSI, OR coming out of a top-tier management consulting firm with core execution and advisory experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients.
- Technical Chops: Exceptional hands-on command over SQL and data visualization/analytics tools. You know how to query databases and turn numbers into a compelling story.
- Education: Degree from a Tier-1 engineering or management institution preferred.
- The Vibe: Highly resourceful, "street-smart," structured in your thinking, and deeply comfortable dealing with ambiguity. You don't wait for instructions; you find solutions.
