About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 6 months–1 year of experience in an IT/software development environment. The ideal candidate should be strong in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, client communication, and coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct requirement discovery sessions, client calls, and stakeholder discussions.

- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Analyze business processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, project managers, and technical teams to ensure explicit understanding of requirements.

- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications where required.

- Manage requirement changes, scope clarifications, and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support UAT planning, test case validation, issue clarification, and business acceptance.





- Track requirements and maintain proper documentation throughout the project.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and client requirements.

Required Skills

- 6 months–1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software development company.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.

- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, web applications, and mobile applications.

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.

- Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to developers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
