Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
- MBA or Business Analysis certification is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements :

- 3 - 6 years as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Implementation Consultant.
- Experience in CRM / ERP implementation or business application deployment.
- Experience with dashboard reporting tools and MIS systems.
- Hands-on experience in software implementation and business process mapping is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Gather, analyse and document requirements from different departments.
- Lead the enhancement and implementation of the CRM and Management Dashboard.
- Act as the bridge between business users, management, developers and vendors.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure and validate CRM workflows, dashboards, reports and automation.
- Prepare BRD,



FRD, process flow diagrams and SOPs.
- Plan and coordinate UAT and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project timelines and implementation progress.
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations and system upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process gaps and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.
