About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can understand client business requirements and challenges, convert them into tangible digital and technology solutions and support the pre-sales and solutioning process for domestic and international clients.

What You'll Do

- Drive business requirements discovery and development
- Understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant solutions
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Identify and engage CXOs, Founders and senior decision-makers
- Support the selling of technology, digital, design and professional services
- Own opportunities from initial discovery through qualification, solutioning and closure
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches and solution responses
- Use Claude, ChatGPT and AI tools for account research, solution identification, proposal development and pipeline generation

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of BA experience
- Robust domain experience is a big plus e.g.



Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Construction etc.
- Experience in technology / IT / digital / professional services, preferably in a client-facing or pre-sales environment
- Strong tech understanding and ability to speak with senior stakeholders
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technology/digital solutions
- Proven track record of building pipeline and/or supporting pre-sales
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience using Claude + AI tools for client research, solutioning, proposals and pipeline building
- Strong startup mindset - proactive, target-driven and comfortable with ambiguity

⭐ Highly Preferred

- Domain IT solution selling experience
- Enterprise technology / IT services sales or pre-sales experience
- Experience working with CXOs and senior business stakeholders
- Experience in solutioning, consulting, RFPs/RFIs or proposal development
