Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The Business

Analyst will gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners, with a focus on improving student and coaching center experiences on the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and proposing data-backed solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product features. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications.

Analyst will also support testing of current features, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with Brain Boosters’ mission in education technology.
