Business Analyst

Role Overview:

Looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyse business requirements, prepare functional documentation, and coordinate between clients, business stakeholders, UX/UI, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse, and validate requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and GAP analysis.
- Create wireframes, workflows, and sequence diagrams.
- Coordinate with development, UI/UX, QA, and business teams.
- Support UAT, defect triaging, and requirement sign-offs.
- Handle change requests and basic impact analysis.
- Work in Agile/Scrum and follow SDLC processes.

Required Skills:

- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Mortgage Finance domain experience preferred
- BRD/FRD, User Stories & GAP Analysis
- Wireframing, Workflow & Sequence Diagram tools
- UAT & Functional Testing
- JIRA/Azure DevOps, Confluence & Excel
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases

Education: MCA / MBA / B.Tech preferred; Graduation with relevant experience can be considered. Soft Skills: Communication, Collaboration, Problem Solving, and Time Management.
