We are building a one-stop shop, a Super App for all their car needs, powered by technology, data science, and deep customer insights. We are already one of the largest Auto-tech companies in the world, but we are not stopping here.

We aim to grow 10x in the next five years.

What will you drive?

- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Display, and Affiliate channels
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC , and drive daily performance insights
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ad performance
- Collaborate with design, content,



and analytics teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Continuously analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within spend limits
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging tools in digital advertising
- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to internal stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion funnels
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a quick-paced environment
- A growth mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning
