About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and organized Budding Wedding Planner to join our wedding planning team. The candidate will work closely with senior wedding planners and clients to support the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and related functions.

This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about weddings, enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, and wants to build a career in professional wedding planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Senior Wedding Planners in planning and executing weddings and related functions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Assist in preparing event timelines, checklists, schedules, and planning documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, artists, and other service providers.
- Assist in venue visits, vendor meetings, rehearsals, and event preparations.
- Support the team during wedding functions and ensure smooth on-ground coordination.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams regarding deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
- Assist with quotations, costing sheets, proposals, and other event-related documentation.
- Handle guest and client requirements professionally during events.
- Support the team in managing last-minute changes and on-ground requirements.




- Maintain proper records of vendors, event details, schedules, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Production, Entertainment, Creative, Hospitality, and Operations.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Learn and develop professional wedding planning and event execution skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Management, or any relevant field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in wedding planning may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
