Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat Experience: 3–4 Years
Brass Industry Experience: MUST
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- QA/QC & QMS Management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949
- APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D & CAPA
- GD&T; & CNC Machining Quality
- Knowledge of Metrology & Inspection Instruments
- Handling Customer Complaints, Audits & RCA
- Team Handling & Quality Team Coordination
- Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Process & Product Quality Improvement
- Continuous Improvement & Rejection Reduction
- In-process & Final Inspection Control
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✔ Has practical experience in the Brass / Precision Machining Industry ✔ Understands CNC/Automatic Turning Components and quality requirements
✔ Can independently handle customer quality issues and documentation
✔ Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Can lead the quality team and drive a Zero-Defect / Near-Zero PPM culture
