We are seeking an experienced and creative Branding and Marketing Specialist to lead our academy's marketing strategies, grow our brand presence, and boost student enrollment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating campaigns, managing our public image, handling websites , social media and connecting with students and parents across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity, logo usage, and messaging across all physical and digital materials.

- Student Recruitment: Create targeted advertising campaigns (online and offline) to drive awareness and attract new students.

- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, website content, and email marketing to engage with current and prospective families.

- Content Creation: Produce promotional content, flyers, news posts, and visual media that highlight academy programs and achievements.

- Performance Marketing : Design performance marketing strategies, Monitor campaign results,



track key enrollment metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business /Sales Communications, Brand Management , E- Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital campaign management (experience in education or training academies is a plus).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CLAUDE , AI Agents & tools , basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), and website content management.

- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and make smart, budget-conscious decisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
