About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Brand Solutions Executive to join our Brand Solutions team at Scribbld.

You’ll work closely with our clients and internal creative teams to manage social media accounts, execute content strategies, coordinate with clients, and ensure that the work we put out is aligned with both the brand and its objectives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond just posting content — someone who can think about why something should be posted, how it should be communicated, and what impact it creates.

What You'll DoSocial Media & Strategy

- Develop and execute social media strategies based on client objectives.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and others as required.
- Create, curate and manage relevant, high-quality content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, tools and best practices.

Client Management

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, feedback and expectations.
- Manage day-to-day communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Work towards building strong and skilled client relationships.

Content & Creative Coordination

- Work closely with Copy, Design, Video, Influencer and other internal teams.
- Coordinate briefs, feedback and approvals to ensure smooth execution.




- Ensure content is aligned with the brand's communication and objectives.

Community Management

- Monitor social media interactions, comments and messages.
- Ensure timely and professional responses in line with brand guidelines.

Performance & Reporting

- Track social media performance and key metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Advertising

- Support and oversee social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, targeting and campaign performance.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media, brand solutions or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand brands and translate objectives into social media communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and an eye for good content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable coordinating with both clients and internal teams.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Working Saturday: 1 Saturday per month
