Foosball league is a part of Neelmay, Which is a 5 year-old marketing agency that has worked across brand strategy for leading businesses.

Today, we're building our biggest IP, Foosball Corporate League (FCL) - with a vision to make foosball India's next corporate and community sport through cafs, breweries, clubs, hotels, and corporate leagues across the country.

We're looking for someone who can help us bring India's biggest brands into this journey.

Your Mission

Bring leading brands into the Foosball league ecosystem by building long-term sponsorship and partnership relationships not just closing deals, but helping brands become part of India's next sporting culture.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Brand Partnerships

- Identify and approach brands aligned with FCL's ecosystem.
- Build relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and Sponsorship Teams.
- Present FCL partnership decks and customize proposals for different categories.

Sponsorship Sales
- Drive partnerships across Principal,



Co-Presenting, Beverage, Fitness, Travel, and Category Partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sponsorship deals.
- Build long-term annual partnerships instead of one-time event sponsors.

Business Development
- Build a sponsorship pipeline across FMCG, Beverage, Alcohol, Sports, Technology, Banking, and Lifestyle brands.
- Track conversations, proposals, and deal stages through CRM.
- Identify recent revenue opportunities within FCL's growing ecosystem.

Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder, creative team, and event team.
- Translate brand objectives into meaningful on-ground activations.
- Ensure sponsor deliverables are executed successfully.

Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing brand partners.
- Drive renewals and multi-season collaborations.
- Ensure brands receive exceptional partnership experiences.
- Maintain payments and P&L; with the brands.
