About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Brand Marketing & Partnerships Associate to help grow FELIHZ through influencer relationships, public relations, brand collaborations, community initiatives and memorable on-ground activations.

You will work closely with the founder and help turn ideas and conversations into real partnerships, campaigns and experiences.

This is not a traditional desk-only marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys reaching out to people, building genuine relationships, coordinating multiple moving parts and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant beauty creators, skin educators, dermatologists, fitness creators, athletes, founders and lifestyle influencers
- Manage influencer outreach, communication, follow-ups, gifting, product seeding and campaign coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, PR contacts, communities, agencies and potential brand partners
- Identify partnership opportunities with fitness studios, padel and tennis clubs, run clubs, wellness communities, events and complementary lifestyle brands
- Support the planning and execution of FELIHZ brand activations,



community events and collaborative experiences
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, creators and external partners to ensure activations are delivered smoothly
- Create and maintain organised trackers for outreach, responses, product dispatches, partnerships, deliverables and deadlines
- Assist with media outreach, press gifting, founder opportunities and relevant PR conversations
- Develop creative growth ideas that can increase brand awareness, community participation and early customer interest
- Track the progress and results of partnerships, creator campaigns and activations
- Provide clear weekly updates covering completed work, active conversations, upcoming opportunities and blockers

Who We Are Looking For
- Approximately 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships, events, community building or consumer-brand marketing
- Robust fresh graduates with meaningful internships or relevant project experience may also apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and comfortable reaching out to creators, founders, agencies, venues and potential partners
- Warm, polished and professional while also being persistent with follow-ups




- Highly organised and capable of managing several conversations, timelines and deliverables simultaneously
- Someone who takes ownership and does not need to be reminded repeatedly
- Strong research, coordination and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable attending and helping manage on-ground activations in Delhi NCR and Chandigarh when required
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, fitness, culture and modern consumer brands

Experience with a beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, events or influencer-marketing company would be an advantage.
