About the Role

Getfive is looking for a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Executive to support brand building, digital content, social media, internal culture initiatives and lead generation. The role involves executing day-to-day marketing activities, maintaining digital touchpoints, supporting content creation, tracking leads and helping convert marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute social-media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Draft captions, posts, articles and other marketing content.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely execution of assigned marketing activities.
- Research topics related to finance, capital markets, business, entrepreneurship and industry trends.
- Repurpose existing content for different platforms.
- Monitor social-media engagement and maintain content repositories.
- Track digital leads generated through the Company LinkedIn page, Founder’s LinkedIn page, websites,

campaigns, events and other initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead details in the central dashboard.




- Support internal culture and employer-branding initiatives, including capturing employee stories,

photographs and videos.
- Research relevant events, webinars and external opportunities.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Timely and consistent execution of the content calendar.
- Accurate tracking and handover of digital leads.
- Support for employer branding and internal culture initiatives.
- Effective coordination with external agencies and internal teams.
- Proactive ownership and timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic copywriting and social-media knowledge.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Instagram founder page and content handling. (Much appreciated, if Twitter is an add on)
- Familiarity with video or reel editing.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude.
- Solid research, organization and follow-up skills.
