About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing & Content Associate who can help us build and strengthen SkilloVilla’s brand presence across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands brand building, content, social media,

storytelling, and campaign communication and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content.

Please note: This is primarily a Brand Marketing & Social Media role, with a strong focus on content and organic brand presence. It is not a pure performance marketing/paid advertising role.

What You’ll Do

● Manage and create content for social media platforms

● Develop and execute content calendars and social media strategies

● Create engaging posts, reels, captions, campaign creatives and brand communication

● Contribute to brand campaigns and marketing initiatives

● Track social media trends, audience behaviour and emerging content formats

● Help maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and messaging

● Work on content for social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns

● Support influencer collaborations, partnerships and community engagement





● Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers and internal teams

● Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement

● Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and brand activations

What We’re Looking For

● 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing or Social Media

Marketing

● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms

● Excellent content writing and copywriting skills

● Strong storytelling and creative thinking ability

● Hands-on experience managing social media/content for a brand

● Ability to create and execute a content calendar

● Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement

● Robust communication and coordination skills

● Ability to work independently and take ownership

● Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage

What Would Be a Plus?

✨ Experience building or managing a brand's presence on Meta and YouTube

✨ Experience in an Ed-Tech or start-up environment

✨ Experience with brand campaigns, influencer collaborations or community building

✨ A portfolio showcasing your social media/content work.
