Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to develop, implement, and manage brand strategies for the Solar Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's market presence, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and communication for solar products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using relevant KPIs, analytics, and marketing reports.
- Oversee content creation, advertising materials, promotional activities, and corporate communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, media partners,



vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage branding and marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Support new product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions, promotional events, and corporate events.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that support lead generation and sales growth.
- Identify new branding and promotional opportunities within the solar energy market.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, manufacturing, or related industry will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, market research, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, design, and other business teams.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
