Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company’s overall brand strategy and positioning.
- Build and strengthen the brand presence across real estate markets and target audiences.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and branding campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage brand communication, creative campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop marketing strategies for new project launches and property campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry developments.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual communication across all platforms.
- Plan and manage brand marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
- Track key marketing and brand metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support sales teams with effective marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Oversee social media, content, PR, events, exhibitions,



and other brand-building activities.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing, customer acquisition, and project branding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and content marketing.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing/analytics tools.
