Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consumer calls to understand product usage, complaints, repeat purchase behaviour and improvement areas.
- Research recent launches, competitors, pricing, claims, packaging, ingredients and product communication.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for campaigns.
- Visit stores to introduce Beco products and drive placements.
Requirements-
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with field visits across Mumbai.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident speaking to store owners and consumers.
- Interest in marketing, consumer brands and retail.
