Job Overview

We are looking for a Brand & Growth Strategist with 2+ years of experience to develop and execute brand and growth strategies, manage client relationships, strengthen brand positioning, and support lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop brand, marketing, and growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, pitches, and strategy documents for clients.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and marketing needs.
- Manage regular client communication, updates, feedback, and campaign discussions.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and support strategies for SEO, SMM, Paid Advertising, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and keyword research.
- Work closely with content, design, sales, and performance marketing teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.




- Develop ideas for brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall growth.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, platforms, and tools.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Growth, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SMM, Paid Advertising, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Good client coordination, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Good proposal writing and strategic thinking abilities.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4/Google Analytics.
- Ability to develop brand, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Creative, proactive, analytical, and growth-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
