Branding Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team and create engaging, high-impact brand creatives for Inshorts Group Apps. The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities Understand creative briefs and brand requirements Conceptualise designs and come up with creative ideas and concepts Create static and motion creatives for social media, branding collaterals for events including digital banners, standees, merchandise, brochures, emailers and other marketing materials Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand guidelines Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final output
Skills/Qualifications Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, layouts,
visual hierarchy and imagery Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator (plus), Figma (plus) Ability to create both static graphics and motion-led creatives Knowledge of AI design tools (must) for conceptualising and designing Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Self-learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and design trends Deadline-oriented and effective in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication or a related field A strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design and motion work
