Fable Studio is looking for a strong independent brand designer who can take ownership of projects from brief to final execution.

We’re not looking for someone who simply executes instructions. We need someone who can understand a client’s business, ask the right questions, research the category, develop strong visual directions and turn those into thoughtful, high-quality brand identities and packaging.

What you’ll be doing

- Understanding client briefs and identifying gaps before designing
- Brand & competitor research
- Developing concepts, visual references and moodboards
- Creating complete visual identities — logos, typography, colours and brand systems
- Designing premium packaging across FMCG, food & beverage, beauty, lifestyle and other consumer brands
- Presenting and explaining creative decisions
- Understanding client feedback and independently handling revisions
- Preparing production/print-ready artwork
- Maintaining solid attention to detail across every deliverable
- Taking ownership of projects rather than waiting for step-by-step direction





What we’re looking for

- Strong portfolio in branding and packaging
- Excellent typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Solid conceptual thinking — not just software skills
- Ability to interpret references without blindly copying them
- Ability to catch your own mistakes before work is presented
- Comfortable communicating with clients when required
- Reliable with timelines and feedback
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and relevant design tools
- Experience with AI tools is a plus, but strong design fundamentals are essential

Most important: we want someone who can be given a creative brief and own the creative process independently from research to final execution.
