- Role: Brand Associate (D2C)
- Location: Sector 142, Noida
- Experience Needed: 2–3 years (D2C, beauty, or wellness preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

- Brand Storytelling & Copy: Write and maintain the brand voice across packaging, ads, website, email campaigns, and pitch decks.
- Campaign & Product Launches: Plan end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products and digital campaigns.
- Insight-Driven Marketing: Turn customer reviews, feedback, and data into compelling ad angles and emotional hooks.
- Offline & Community: Manage pop-ups, events, and strategic partnerships in wellness/mental health spaces.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with designers, performance marketers, videographers, and founders.

Key Skills Required

- Strong creative copywriting and narrative design.
- Consumer psychology and insight analysis.
- Campaign planning and launch management.
- Rapid execution in a startup environment

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
