At QB Men, we're building more than a menswear brand. We're building a distinctive voice in the premium menswear space.

We're looking for someone who understands how brands grow today through storytelling, content and culture. Someone who can take a collection, a campaign or even an everyday moment and turn it into content that people genuinely want to watch, engage with and share.

This isn't a typical "post on social media" role.

You'll work closely with our founder, design and product teams to shape how QB Men is experienced online, from product launches and campaign storytelling to influencer collaborations and community building. If you've ever wanted to help build a growing fashion brand from the inside, this is that chance.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

CONTENT STRATEGY & STORYTELING -

- Own QB Men's content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Build a consistent visual and written brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate collections, products and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging stories.

CONTENT CREATION -

- Conceptualize engaging Reels, short-form videos, campaign ideas and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work alongside designers, photographers, models and creators to execute content shoots.
- Write captions, scripts, campaign copy and creative briefs.
- Stay ahead of trends, formats and platform updates while ensuring content always feels true to the brand.

INFLUENCER & CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS -

- Identify creators that genuinely align with QB Men.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, briefs and campaign execution.
- Build long-term creator relationships instead of one-off collaborations.
- Measure campaign performance and continuously improve future partnerships.

BRAND GROWTH -





- Analyse content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative concepts.
- Work closely with external creative partners whenever required to ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Help shape QB Men's long-term brand narrative and digital presence.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Has 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media or brand marketing.
- Has worked with fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands (preferred).
- Understands Instagram, YouTube Shorts and today's content landscape.
- Has experience planning and executing influencer collaborations.
- Can write compelling captions, scripts and marketing copy.
- Has an eye for aesthetics, styling and visual storytelling.
- Is comfortable filming content on a phone as well as directing larger shoots.
- Can edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Is proactive, organised and full of ideas.
- Is based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

- Have personally built or grown a social media page.
- Understand internet culture and emerging content trends.
- Have experience working with Shopify or D2C brands.
- Are comfortable using Meta Insights, Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:

Success in this role isn't measured by how many posts go live each week.

It's measured by whether the work creates conversations around the brand.

You'll help build a recognizable brand voice, create content people genuinely engage with, grow an active community, develop meaningful creator partnerships and contribute to the long-term growth of QB Men.
