About the company- The role Novorbis sells a technical, regulation-driven product to fleet owners, DG operators, consultants, and pollution control boards. The Marketing Manager is responsible for positioning, channel strategy, the campaign calendar, and the marketing budget and vendor relationships, including our content and design partners. This role also covers employer branding and how Novorbis is presented to candidates.

Responsibilities- You will work closely with sales and engineering to verify that marketing claims are technically accurate before anything is published.

What you'll do • Set quarterly marketing priorities and own content calendar across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email,



and events Brief and manage external content and design partners; review their output for brand and technical accuracy before anything goes out Own positioning and messaging for all product lines, in coordination with founders, sales and the technical team • plan and run field marketing: trade shows, deadline-driven outreach, customer site Visits and case studies Track and report on lead generation and campaign performance; adjust spend and channel mix based on what's working • Own the employer brand — careers page, hiring campaigns, and how Novorbis presents itselfto candidates • Maintain the brand and messaging guidelines that keep every touchpoint: site, decks, social, WhatsApp collaterals
