ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company providing professional property solutions for buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and businesses. We work with clients and property owners to identify suitable properties, coordinate property visits, and support the onboarding process.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Acquisition Manager to identify and onboard commercial properties and business brands to our network.

The role involves understanding client requirements, identifying suitable properties or business spaces, communicating with property owners and decision-makers, and managing the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements including location, budget, size, property type, parking, accessibility, and other preferences.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Connect with property owners, businesses, and relevant decision-makers.
- Present ZORBA ESTATES' property solutions and explain the benefits of onboarding.
- Coordinate discussions between property owners, clients, and the internal team.
- Arrange property visits and meetings when required.
- Collect property details, photographs, pricing, availability, and other required information.
- Coordinate the complete property onboarding process.




- Ensure accurate property information is collected before listing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with property owners and clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and businesses.
- Keep track of available properties and potential new opportunities.
- Support the team in expanding ZORBA ESTATES' commercial property network.
- Maintain updated records of onboarded and potential properties.

Requirements
- Any Degree; MBA is an added advantage.
- Real Estate Knowledge is an added advantage.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in real estate, business development, client coordination, relationship management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with property owners, businesses, and decision-makers.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru's commercial real estate market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and property visits.
