As a Branch Support Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI sector. Your primary focus will be to handle customer inquiries, offer assistance, and ensure a seamless and satisfying experience. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Offer product and service information, guiding customers through our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications
